Drug-Free 区 Policy

The 区 shall be free from all illegal drugs and from the unlawful possession, 使用, or 分布 of illicit drugs and alcohol by students and 员工.

The unlawful manufacture, 分布, 调剂, possession or 使用 of a controlled substance is prohibited in all facilities under the control and 使用 of the 区.

Any student or employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, (consistent with local, 状态, 或联邦法律), which may include referral to an appropriate rehabilitation program, 悬架, 降级, expulsion or dismissal.

The Chancellor shall assure that the 区 distributes annually to each student the information required by the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 and complies with other requirements of the Act.

吸烟政策

In the interest of the health and welfare of students, 员工, 公众, smoking and tobacco 使用 is prohibited on the 澳门皇家赌城在线大学 Main Campus as well as the 澳门皇家赌城在线大学 East Campus in Santa Paula. This policy was effective June 1, 2017.

The smoke-free policy is on that prohibits the 使用 of smoke- producing tobacco, such as cigarettes, 雪茄, 小雪茄, 小雪茄, 管道 and 水烟. It also includes nicotine delivery devices such as electronic cigarettes. The tobacco free policy prohibits the 使用 of any tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, 雪茄, 小雪茄, 小雪茄, 管道, 水烟, and smokeless tobacco (otherwise known as dip, 咀嚼, 鼻烟, 随地吐痰, snus) and other smokeless products.

Smoking and/or the 使用 of smokeless tobacco products are prohibited in all indoor and all outdoor campus property, including parking lots, facilities and vehicles, 是否拥有, 租用或出租.
